Masy Continues to Grow with Appointment of New CEO


Pepperell, MA - June 22, 2017 - Masy BioServices, a leading service provider to life science companies, announced that to better support their growth and expansion of services, Masy has split the President and CEO positions.  Laurie Masiello will continue in her role as company President, and effective June 5th Stephen Lane was appointed Masy’s new CEO.

“We are very excited to welcome Steve to the Masy family,” said Laurie Masiello. “Steve’s executive experience will guide Masy’s growth while fostering metrics and process improvements to elevate our customer services.” 

Steve Lane has worked with a broad array of leaders across numerous business sectors, giving him a unique perspective in working with senior executives to explore ways to expand their vision. Lane holds a BA in English from Princeton University. He has held executive positions in a variety of industries including manufacturing, publications outsourcing, talent management firms, and medical and wellness corporations. Lane was also the president of Interactive Management Solutions Corporation which provides strategic and operational consultation to companies experiencing rapid growth and business development.

Laurie Masiello will remain actively involved in the company as President of Masy BioServices.  Masiello has served as President and Chief Executive Officer for over 30 years since Masy was founded in 1984 by her husband and business partner, John Masiello, who serves as Masy’s Executive Vice President.
